Job Description

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee records and contracts
  • Process payroll, leave management, government contributions and benefits, in coordination with finance
  • Support performance review cycles and employee feedback
  • Ensure compliance labor laws and company policies
  • Handle employee relations, support team well-being and come up with developmental activities
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations
  • Organize company meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Manage document physical and digital filing and records
  • Maintain office supplies, cleanliness and a professional working environment
  • Support basic bookkeeping and reporting, if needed
  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
  • 1-3 working experience.
  • At least 2 years experience in HR and administrative roles
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace and HR tools
  • Discretion, honesty and confidentiality are essential
  • Open position in Davao
