Job Description

People Management: Supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of junior HR staff and team leaders.
Performance Evaluation: Design, roll out, and monitor the company-wide performance appraisal system and KPI tracking.
Employee Relations (ER): Manage grievances, lead labor-compliant disciplinary actions, and drive workplace conflict resolution.
Comp & Benefits (C&B): Oversee timekeeping processing, statutory government contributions, and HMO enrollments.
Engagement: Lead plant-wide culture initiatives, employee feedback programs, and team-building events.
Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing site policies strictly comply with Philippine labor standards.

Qualifications

Education: Degree in Psychology, HR Management, or any related field.
Experience: 3+ years of comprehensive HR experience, including a background in supervising or leading staff.
Industry: Prior experience in a food manufacturing, factory, or FMCG setup is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership presence, deep Philippine labor law knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
