Job Description

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and job posting to offer management and onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for qualifications, competencies, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks and reference verification.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Learning & Development

  • Assist in identifying training needs through performance data, skills gap analysis, and management feedback.
  • Coordinate and support onboarding programs to ensure smooth employee integration.
  • Organize internal and external training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives.
  • Maintain training records and monitor employee participation and completion.
  • Support the implementation of learning programs that promote employee growth, engagement, and retention.

Labor Relations, Compliance & HR Governance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records with strict confidentiality and data accuracy.
  • Assist in handling employee relations concerns and provide guidance on policy interpretation.
  • Support disciplinary processes, investigations, and documentation in accordance with due process.
  • Manage employee leave administration, attendance monitoring, and HR reports.
  • Maintain HR documentation, including employment contracts, policies, and statutory records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of HR experience, with exposure to recruitment, training, and labor compliance.
  • Working knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
