Company Description Team Ridemax Philippines, established in 2011, is a fast-growing importer and distributor of car and off-road accessories, as well as tires, across the Philippines. The company carries well-known international brands such as Michelin, BF Goodrich, Arivo, Ridemax, Profender, and Hamer, and now imports over 30 brands supplied to hundreds of dealers nationwide. In addition to its strong presence in the automotive aftermarket, Team Ridemax is expanding into motorcycle accessories. Guided by a mission to be the automotive aftermarket's partner supplier, the company focuses on value-driven customer service in sales and support. Its vision is to be the supplier of choice for automotive aftermarket products in the Philippines, supported by an active presence on major social media platforms.

Role Description The HR Officer – Compensation and Benefits is a full-time, on-site role based in the National Capital Region, Philippines. This role is responsible for administering and monitoring compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination, government-mandated benefits, incentives, and allowances to ensure accuracy and compliance. The HR Officer will maintain employee records, ensure proper documentation for benefits and salary adjustments, and support the development and implementation of HR policies related to rewards and welfare. Daily tasks include handling employee inquiries on compensation and benefits, coordinating with finance and external partners, and preparing regular reports and analyses to support management decisions. The role also contributes to HR projects, assists in updating job descriptions, and promotes fair and consistent application of HR practices across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies that support equitable and compliant compensation and benefits practices.
  • Skills in Employee Relations, including handling inquiries and concerns related to pay, benefits, and welfare in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Experience in Job Description Development to support role clarity, salary structuring, and performance management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and familiarity with payroll processes.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in MS Office or HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a dynamic, on-site environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Location: Manresa, Quezon City

Salary: 20,000 - 24,000 monthly
