Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
Preferably with at least 2-3years of experience in HR Compensation and Benefits
or payroll processing.
Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and government benefits systems (SSS, Philhealth,
Pag-ibig, BIR).
Basic knowledge of tax computation and reporting.
Proficient in MS Excel and other HR payroll systems. Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate must be willing to work in San Juan City
