HR Officer
The HR Officer (Business Partner) acts as a strategic advisor and technical expert, ensuring effective HR management and implementing tailored interventions that strengthen organizational capability. This role supports the assigned district/division in achieving business objectives through proactive HR strategies and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Align HR strategies with business objectives and support leaders in execution.
- Drive organizational change through structured planning and communication.
- Oversee HR program effectiveness, vendor management, and process improvements.
- Manage talent acquisition, development, and career progression to meet business needs.
- Advise on workforce planning and implement sourcing strategies to close talent gaps.
- Recommend and support fair, compliant compensation and benefits practices.
- Foster employee engagement and promote a culture aligned with corporate values.
- Ensure labor compliance and manage employee relations to maintain a positive work environment.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 45 years of experience in HR business partnering.
- Strong knowledge across multiple HR domains: Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Labor Relations, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Project Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to conduct fieldwork for store visits and site inspections.
- Must be amenable to a hybrid work setup based in Ortigas, Pasig City.
