Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, documentation, and reporting
  • Assist in client coordination and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain contracts, proposals, and office documents
  • Maintain and update records, trackers, and databases
  • Support report preparation (weekly/monthly) and data consolidation
  • Assist in meeting coordination, minutes, and internal communications
  • Provide billing and documentation support as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
  • Open to Fresh Graduates
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
