Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic, and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of the Human Resources function in our growing organization. The ideal candidate is an HR professional with a solid background in BPO or Shared Services, who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and is committed to fostering a high-performance and values-driven workplace. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong leadership, and the ability to work effectively with foreign executives and diverse teams across all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire HR function including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, compliance, and performance management.
- Collaborate with foreign executives and local leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Recommend and implement impactful and insightful company-wide HR strategies that drive performance and employee engagement.
- Spearhead onboarding, orientation, and employee training programs.
- Maintain and promote a harmonious workplace culture based on corporate values, high performance, and mutual respect.
- Ensure effective employee communication and engagement through events, workshops, and open forums.
- Lead initiatives to nurture strong cross-functional relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Uphold high standards of confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and international standards.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
- Handle sensitive employee relations issues with discretion and fairness.
- Represent HR in leadership meetings and contribute to business planning from a people perspective.
Qualifications
- A candidate preferably based in or willing to relocate to Negros Oriental
(Relocation assistance may be provided for candidates from Luzon, Mindanao, or other areas).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
Master's degree or certification (e.g., PHR, CHRP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a BPO or Shared Services environment.
- Proficient in all key areas of HR including recruitment, employee engagement, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, labor law compliance, and strategic HR planning.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience working effectively and professionally with foreign executives.
- Proven strategic thinker with the ability to craft and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Strong leadership and people management skills; experience in leading and mentoring HR teams.
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across various departments and hierarchy levels.
- Must have strong work ethics, high integrity, and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Experience in designing and conducting employee events, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
