Job Description

  • Acts as a point person of Department Heads in addressing their concerns regarding the implementation of company policies
  • Oversees work of Personnel/HRD staffs
  • Provides general support in the area of Recruitment, Training and Development, Employee Relations and Welfare & Benefits.
  • Provides assistance in admin works and other activities conducted by the department.
  • Assists Team members in their concerns that would affect their morale.
  • Investigates P/HRD issues for the purpose of ensuring that effective discipline and complaints resolutions are arrived in a timely manner

Required Education, Skills, And Qualifications

  • Graduate of AB /BS Psychology (Industrial/Organizational), BSBA in Human Resource Development Management, or any Human Resource related program
  • With at least 5 years work related experience
  • With background on Automotive
  • Proficient in oral communication
  • Hardworking and responsible
  • Computer literate
  • Articulate and keen to details
  • Willing to start ASAP
