Job Description
HIRING
- Manage job postings for open rank-and-file roles (direct hire & with manpower provider)
Online postings (Linkedin, Facebook, etc.)
Physical posters
Coordinate posters with Marketing Team
- Perform initial review of applicant profiles
- Conduct assessments and initial interviews
ONBOARDING (Mandatory Documents)
- Ensure complete submission of government mandated legal documents prior to onboarding
- Input of new hires information to organizations HRIS system and internal trackers
SCHEDULING
- Coordination of new hires to their respective teams/departments for role-specific training (from manpower provider)
OFFBOARDING
- Perform exit interviews for employees of a certain level
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- With at least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Additional training or certification in recruitment is an advantage.
- Proficient in HRIS platforms and employee database systems.
- Familiarity with sourcing candidates through online job portals such as Linkedin, Bossjob, Jobstreet, Facebook, and other similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and government-mandated employment requirements.
