We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team and oversee our human resources department's daily operations. The HR Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company attracts, hires, develops, and retains qualified employees.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws and company guidelines.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the main point of contact for benefits-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop employee training programs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR management.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
