Sodarizer is a fast-growing lifestyle brand — home carbonation machines, CO₂ refills, and a product people genuinely love. We're scaling hard across our sales and marketing channels, with so much more to come. And the people we bring in from this point forward will define how far we go.

As our HR Manager, you'll be the one who finds them, chooses them, and makes sure the culture they walk into is worth staying for. Not just filling seats — building a team that wins together, stays together, and grows together.

What You'll Do

Phase 1 (Now)

  • Own end-to-end recruitment: job posts, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain HR records, 201 files, and basic employee documentation
  • Support payroll processing and government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)

Phase 2 (As we scale)

  • Shift focus toward HR systems, team management support, and culture-building
  • Develop and maintain company policies and employee handbook
  • Support performance management and team development initiatives

This Role Is For You If

  • You have 2–5 years of HR experience — ideally in a small or growing company
  • You've handled both recruitment and HR admin, not just one side
  • You're organized, process-driven, and don't need hand-holding
  • You're comfortable being the person who builds, not just maintains
  • You want your name attached to something that grows into something big

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 2–5 years HR experience (generalist or mixed recruitment + admin background)
  • Familiar with Philippine labor law and government contributions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fully onsite

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or a fast-scaling company
  • Has built or improved an HR process from scratch

NOT a Fit If

  • You've only ever worked in large corporate HR departments
  • You need a fully built system before you can operate
  • Deadlines and shifting priorities throw you off
