Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Manager located in Iloilo. The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage recruitment and onboarding processes. The role also involves employee engagement, performance management, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the HR Manager will collaborate with leadership on strategic workforce planning and employee development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition
• Proficiency in employee engagement and performance management strategies
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Proven ability to develop training programs and support employee development
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Leadership and team management experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial HR role is advantageous
