YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE
Strategic & Operational Leadership- Lead and oversee the full recruitment cycle across all assigned roles and departments.
- Develop, refine, and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business growth.
- Monitor requisition pipelines, ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate reporting.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment SOPs, policies, and SLAs.
Team Leadership- Manage, mentor, and coach HR Leaders and Officers to achieve team targets.
- Conduct onboarding, capability-building programs, and regular performance reviews.
- Identify training, upskilling, and cross-skilling opportunities.
Process Management- Enhance sourcing methodologies, selection tools, and candidate assessment standards.
- Conduct interviews and participate in panel evaluations for key roles.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with Operations and Department Heads.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity of recruitment platforms and databases.
- Address and escalate recruitment challenges or bottlenecks to HR leadership.
Team Management
- Induction/Training of newly hired TA/HR Officers
- Bi-annual performance reviews and Individual Development Plan
- Individual Staff Development - training, cross-skilling, up-skilling
- Discipline Management
Employee Relations - Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and labor compliance.
- Conduct initial investigations and prepare notices for corrective action.
- Partner with managers to ensure fair, objective, and compliant disciplinary processes.
- Provide coaching and conflict mediation when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to the Philippine Labor Code and company policies.
Employee Engagement- Support the planning and execution of engagement programs, events, and employee recognition initiatives.
- Provide insights and feedback based on employee interactions and recruitment trends.
- Help design programs that strengthen company culture and employee satisfaction.
- Partner with leadership to promote a positive and engaging work environment.
IDEAL PROFILE IN HUMAN RESOURCES- 8 or more years HR experience, with at least 3u0026ndash5 years in a recruitment leadership role.
- Bacheloru0026rsquos degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
- Working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, employee relations, and HR policies.
- Experience supporting employee engagement or culture initiatives.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, coaching, and team leadership.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HRIS/ATS and/or other recruitment platforms.
- Willing to work the Nightshift in a rotating schedule.
- Must be amenable to work in our BGC Office, willing to cover ALL TGT Sites.
