The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resources functions and ensuring alignment with company standards.
The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage HR operations effectively in a mid- to large-sized organization.
Must have experience working as an HR Manager in a company of similar or larger scale.
(Note: Candidates from smaller organizations tend to have a more limited managerial scope.)
Preferably, a licensed lawyer, as the position is expected to serve as a successor to the current HR Head.
OR: Completed a Bachelor of Science degree, such as Accountancy, Business Administration, and other related business courses.
Proven expertise in labor relations, compliance, and HR policy development.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
