HR MANAGER

Salary: Up to 130,000 per month

Work Setup: Onsite

Job Overview

The company is looking for a skilled and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions within a growing logistics organization. This role is responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance across the business.

The successful candidate should be capable of handling HR responsibilities for employees at all levels from rank-and-file staff to management while ensuring effective workforce management in a fast-paced logistics setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for rank-and-file, supervisory, and managerial positions.
  • Oversee HR operations and workforce planning across warehouse, logistics, operations, and administrative teams.
  • Address employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee-related programs.
  • Supervise compensation and benefits administration and coordinate payroll activities.
  • Lead performance management initiatives, employee assessments, and development programs.
  • Provide support to department leaders in organizational planning and workforce management.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and reporting.
  • Foster employee engagement and promote a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 58 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 23 years in a managerial position.
  • Demonstrated experience managing HR functions for rank-and-file, supervisory, and managerial employees.
  • Background in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or labor-intensive industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment and workforce planning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and operationally driven environment.
