Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: PHP 50,000- 80,000/month
Role Type: Hands-on Individual Contributor
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager / HR Generalist who can independently manage key HR functions from planning through execution.
This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong expertise in Learning & Development, Performance Management and KPI administration, Payroll, and Compensation & Benefits, who is comfortable handling detailed operational work rather than only providing oversight.
The successful candidate should also have experience in HR workflow automation, HRIS improvement, or AI-enabled automation projects, or at minimum have a strong interest and willingness to learn and implement HR automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Learning & Development activities end to end, including training needs analysis, training plans, coordination, tracking, evaluation, and reporting.
- Develop and administer performance management and KPI processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, probation reviews, performance improvement plans, and KPI monitoring.
- Coordinate and validate payroll processing, including attendance, leave, overtime, allowances, deductions, salary adjustments, and employee movements.
- Manage Compensation & Benefits administration, including salary data, benefits, allowances, employee changes, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, payroll information, and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, management information, and workforce analytics.
- Support employee onboarding, employee movements, confirmations, and offboarding as required.
- Work directly with managers and employees to resolve HR operational matters.
- Review HR processes and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate repetitive work.
- Participate in or lead HR automation projects, including automated workflows, approvals, notifications, reports, employee forms, and self-service processes.
- Explore practical use of AI tools in HR, including reporting, documentation, recruitment support, learning content, workflow automation, and HR analytics.
- Develop SOPs, process maps, user guides, and documentation for HR processes and systems.
- Coordinate with Finance, IT, managers, vendors, and external payroll or benefits providers as needed.
- Handle assigned HR projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
- At least 5 years of hands-on HR Generalist / HR Management experience.
- Strong practical experience in:
- Learning & Development.
- Performance Management and KPI administration.
- Payroll.
- Compensation & Benefits.
- Demonstrated ability to handle HR assignments end to end, not only supervise or delegate them.
- Strong Excel, reporting, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of HR systems, employee data, and HR operational controls.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, prioritize multiple HR activities, and follow through without close supervision.
- Strong English communication skills.
Candidates with experience in any of the following will have an advantage:
- HR workflow automation.
- HRIS implementation or improvement.
- Microsoft Power Automate / Power Apps.
- Microsoft 365 / SharePoint.
- ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or other AI tools.
- AI agents or AI-enabled workflow automation.
- HR dashboards and reporting automation.
- Automated payroll, attendance, performance, or L&D processes
- Low-code / no-code platforms.
Preferred
- Experience in a multinational, FMCG, manufacturing, food, or fast-growing organization.
- Experience supporting multiple departments or regional employees.
- Exposure to HRIS migration, implementation, or digital transformation projects.
- Experience developing HR dashboards, KPI reports, or management analytics.
