Job Description
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5 years experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive position
- Must be people oriented
- Must be able to train and motivate people
- Must be results driven
- Must have considerable experience with Human Resource Metrics
- Must have a working knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Must have active listening skills, excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have in-depth knowledge of Labor and HR best practices
- Must have a degree in Human Resources or any related field
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing pressing issues
- Build working relationships between departments to ensure proper communications
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through development programs that educate, engage, motivate and preserve human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Initiate and nurture a positive working environment
- Initiate and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess employees skills vs the company's needs and initiate/manage the appropriate training program to address those needs
- Ensure legal compliance of human resource management
- Report to management and provide support regarding HR concerns through HR metrics
