Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources and Psychology.
  • With strong background in Human Resources with 2 years experience as HR Head.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations and HR policies.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the whole HR Operations from hiring, training. benefits and separation of employees.
  • Ensuring all employees are compliant to the requirements to be submitted during pre-employment process.
  • Assist concerns regarding timekeeping, attendance, compensation and benefits.
  • Monitoring the compliance of branches for DOLE qualification.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Management.
  • Directly reporting to General Manager.
