Job Description
We are looking for an HR manager to lead the HR team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge of all legal requirements in HR.
Qualifications
The HR Manager that we are looking for is more of a People Manager.
- is knowledgeable about the DOLE policies and compliant with handbook procedures
- has handled a team for at least 5 years
- has been with multiple companies with at least 3 years tenure for each outfit
- has attended several soft-skills/behavioral training workshops
- is experienced in coaching managers
- is experienced in problem-solving human behavior/employee-relations issues
- has been a trainer and mentor for at least 3 years SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
