Job Description

Qualifications:

- Labor and Employee Relations which includes policy making

- Employee Engagement

- Compliances & Audits

- C&B understanding of statutory compliances at least is required

- HRIS exposure to data management, HR process improvements and innovations

- Financials good understanding of budget management

Required Qualifications:

College Graduate in Any Field; Preferably of Human Resources related course

Minimum of 7-10 years experience as HRBP with at least 5-7 years at Manager/Senior Manager capacity

Working knowledge in key facets of HR Management (Employee Relations, Labor Relations, C&B, Health & Safety, Data Management, Engagement and etc.)

Extensive knowledge and experience on Corporate Compliance and Labor Laws

Working experience in BPO industry standards is required.

Proven track record of managing HR service delivery and leading HR teams in a fast paced, service oriented environment.

Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and HR technologies (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems, benefits administration).

Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high performing team.

Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting to drive decision making and process improvements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, leadership, and cross functional teams.
