Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Manager based in Pulupandan. The HR Manager will oversee and manage the HR department, ensure compliance with labor laws, and develop and implement HR policies. They will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and payroll. Additionally, the HR Manager will play a vital role in fostering a positive work culture and driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Relations
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Law, Payroll management, and Compliance requirements
  • Experience in Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Talent Management
  • Skills in Communication, Conflict Resolution, and Leadership
  • Capability to strategize and implement HR policies and processes effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience with HR software or systems is an advantage
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in an HR Manager or equivalent role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial sector
