Job Description
A bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any
related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong exposure to general HR
functions.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations,
training, performance management, and general administration.
Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE requirements, statutory benefits, and
HR compliance.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple HR tasks within deadlines.
Willing and able to work on-site.
Duties And Responsibilities
Lead the full cycle of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations,
Compensation And Benefits, Performance Management, Training, And Employee Engagement.
Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support
company goals and comply with Philippine labor laws and DOLE requirements.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified
candidates through job platforms, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Improve employee experience by supporting engagement programs, workplace
communication, employee feedback, and retention initiatives.
Partner with department heads and managers to understand staffing needs, employee
concerns, and organizational goals.
Guide managers and employees on HR policies, workplace concerns, disciplinary actions,
grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Ensure accurate and timely administration of compensation, benefits, government-mandated
benefits, employee records, and HR documentation.
Monitor HR metrics such as hiring timelines, turnover, attendance, employee engagement,
and training needs to support better decision-making.
Plan and implement training and development programs to improve employee skills,
leadership capability, and work performance.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews,
coaching, and employee development plans.
Conduct regular audits of HR files, records, processes, and compliance requirements to
ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain strong working relationships with government agencies, service providers, and
other external partners.
Stay updated on HR trends, labor regulations, employee engagement practices, HR
technology, and workplace compliance requirements.
Promote a professional, respectful, inclusive, and positive work environment.
Recommend process improvements that will make HR operations more efficient, employee-
friendly, and aligned with current business needs.
