The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can support organizational growth, enhance employee experience, and drive HR excellence in a fast-paced FMCG or distribution environment
Performance Management & Organizational Development
Compensation & Benefits Administration
Coordinate with payroll team and ensure accurate employee compensation
Manage Benefits Programs Including Government-mandated And Company-initiated Plans
Benchmark salaries and benefits to stay competitive in the market
Handle HMO, insurance, and other vendor negotiations and administration
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
3+ years experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
