Position: HR MANAGER
Location: (Laguna/Cebu/Davao)
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree graduate in Psychology, LLB, Business Administration or its
equivalent
Industry relevant manufacturing experience minimum of 5-years managerial
capacity or minimum of 5-years in senior supervisor capacity.
Knowledge of human resource principles and practices
Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations
management
Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
Knowledge of project management principles and practices
Information technology skills application (SAP, Globe EXACT, Globe Citrix,
Oracle, ERIC, ACCPAC)
Experience in ISO Certified Company. With working background in Good
Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, Hygiene and Sanitation Standards;
Hazard Analysis and Critical Contact Points (HACCP) Standards
Above average in People Handling Skills
