Job Description

About this Position As an HR Learning Management Specialist, you will play a key role in enabling a seamless and effective learning experience across the organization. This role supports the delivery of high-quality HR learning services by ensuring that systems, processes, and tools are running efficiently and consistently. Your work will directly contribute to building employee capabilities and supporting business growth through well-managed and accessible learning solutions. This role offers the chance to deepen your expertise in learning systems while expanding your impact across multiple business units and global HR initiatives.

What You´ll Do

  • Execute HR learning operations using standard templates, ensuring compliance with service commitments and SLAs
  • Serve as a subject matter specialist for LMS tools (e.g., CSOD, Sales Readiness, CrossKnowledge) and related systems (Ariba, Outlook), providing user support for the Henkel Learning Hub
  • Manage LMS administration including course uploads, session setup and maintenance, events creation, and updates to system documentation
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc training reports, including training history and eLearning analytics
  • Coordinate training logistics, evaluation reporting, and collaborate with global HRDirect teams to ensure alignment and service continuity
  • Analyze training needs and support the design and delivery of learning initiatives across business unit campuses (Adhesive Technologies, HCB, dx)
  • Support transition and knowledge transfer activities to establish and strengthen the GBS+ HR BU/F Campus Team in Manila

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or other relevant courses
  • Preferably with one (1) year of relevant experience in Human Resources field handling Training Organization or Learning Management Coordination; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office 360 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Share Point) is required
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English communication skills
  • Must be able to organize, manage multiple projects, and execute key deliverables within required timeframes, with analytical skills
  • Amenable to work on a day shift schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati)
