HR Learning and Development Team Leader

Leads the planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development initiatives to strengthen employee competencies, improve organizational performance, and align training programs with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, or a related field.
• At least 4–6 years of experience in Learning and Development, Training, or related HR functions.
• At least 1–2 years of team leadership, project leadership, or training coordination experience.
• Training in Learning Facilitation, Training Design and Development, Service Excellence, and Leadership.
• Certified Trainer credential is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
