About the Role
Prepare all facilitator materials and equipment before sessions. Adjust facilitation methods in real-time to address learner engagement and needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage participant interactions to keep focus and meet session objectives.
- Conduct pre- and post-session assessments, feedback collection, and follow-ups.
- Record session outcomes, participant progress, and recommend improvements.
- Perform competency assessments related to learning objectives and update competency profiles accordingly.
- Support learners in developing or updating their Employee Development Plans (EDPs) based on session results.
Qualifications
- Degree in BS Psychology or any field in Social Sciences or any related 4-year course.
- With professional education courses appropriate for Industrial Psychology/ Organizational Development/ Training and Facilitation
Required Skills
- Profession: 3 years
- L&D: at least 1 year
- Training: Customer Service, Training Facilitation, Training Design, Leadership Training
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficient in LMS or LXP
- Intermediate communication and presentation skills
