Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management-related course.
- At least 4 years experience in handling Learning/Training & Development facet in HR.
- Responsible in identifying training needs and mapping out training development plan for the organization, departments and individuals.
- Responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting all training programs.
