Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Lead. The HR Lead will oversee all aspects of Human Resources practice and processes, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring organizational compliance with policies and employment regulations. Additionally, the HR Lead will provide support and guidance to management and employees to promote a cohesive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management processes
  • Proficiency in creating and implementing HR policies and strategies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws
  • Skills in fostering employee engagement, conflict resolution, and supporting a positive organizational culture
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work on-site and maintain effective working relationships with diverse teams
  • Experience in HR software and systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HR leadership or related roles
