The HR Lead provides overall leadership and coordination at all HR functions including recruitment, training, payroll, timekeeping, HR, operations, labor relations and administrative services. The role ensures effective HR service delivery, legal compliance and alignment with
organizational changes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Handle escalated employee relations issues
- Recommend HR process improvements and controls
- Supervise payroll and timekeeping for accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure proper application of statutory deductions and benefits
- Review payroll reports, adjustments, and final pay
- Coordinate with Finance and external partners as needed
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Knowledge of PH Labor Code, DOLE requirements, statutory benefits, HR operations, and HRIS systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical ability, attention to detail, and confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems; able to manage multiple priorities
- With experience covering recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR admin
- Experience handling disciplinary cases and coordinating with government agencies
- Preferably with team leadership experience
