We are looking for an HR Lead to join our team and play a key role in delivering HR-based healthcare. We are a healthcare facility located in Pasig City, Philippines, specializing in dialysis treatment and kidney care for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). As a private dialysis and nephrology center, we opened our doors in 2025.
What Were Looking For:
- 35 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong recruitment background, with hands-on experience in payroll, compensation and benefits, HR documentation, and labor law compliance
- Ability to work independently in an individual contributor role, with plans to build and lead a team of 23 members by year-end
- Experience in the healthcare or medical services industry is a strong advantage
- Startup experience is a plus
