We are looking for an experienced and highly analytical HR IT Solutions Lead to drive the successful integration of HR processes with innovative IT solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in evaluating technical requirements, bridging business needs with system capabilities, and managing end-to-end implementation of HR systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, data integrity, and long-term system sustainability.
WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE
- Define and evaluate technical requirements for HR systems and tools.
- Initiate and oversee the procurement process and monitor associated budgets and availments.
- Conduct system gap analyses and recommend actionable measures to bridge existing and future system gaps.
- Assess business requirements and translate them into detailed system design specifications.
- Develop implementation plans, identifying required financial and human resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Plan and assess strategies for system acceptance testing and data conversion, ensuring the seamless integration of interrelated solutions.
- Facilitate orientation and IT training for high-level users and lead cascade training programs to promote continuous knowledge transfer.
- Lead and facilitate meetings to clarify business processes, manage function-specific timelines, and resolve minor project-related concerns.
- Plan and manage multiple, concurrent priorities and lead small to medium-scale projects and system installations.
- Identify system functionality hierarchy and define system roles, processes, and their interrelationships.
- Evaluate the feasibility and workability of proposed system designs and recommend optimizations.
- Develop user acceptance criteria and conduct validation activities in collaboration with key process owners and stakeholders.
WHO ARE YOU
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of at least 3 years of experience in HR systems implementation, business analysis, or IT project management
- Strong background in both HR operations and enterprise IT systems
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver complex solutions on time and within budget
- Excellent facilitation, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in conducting UAT and system training
- Amenable to Deployment: Must be willing to work within the JG Summit Holdings, Inc. Shared Services Arm (Aspen Business Solutions Inc.)
