Introduction:
We are looking for a Stream Lead HR Applications who will take full ownership of our global HR IT landscape, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and aligned with business strategy. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery leadership across multiple HR systems, with SAP SuccessFactors as a core platform. You will act as the bridge between HR and IT, translating business needs into a coherent application roadmap. Working in an international environment, you will drive integration, standardisation, and continuous improvement across the HR ecosystem. SAP SuccessFactors is a must have.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the HR application roadmap, aligning HR strategy, IT strategy, and vendor capabilities
- Ensure seamless integration and alignment across HR systems (SuccessFactors, recruitment, learning, performance, and employee experience platforms)
- Lead day-to-day operations, change management, and delivery across the HR application landscape
- Oversee integrations, data flows, and dependencies with SAP S/4HANA and broader enterprise systems
- Drive standardisation, process improvements, and scalability across global HR tools and workflows
- Ensure high standards in security, data privacy, and system quality, especially for sensitive employee data
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors and a broad understanding of HR systems and processes
- Proven background in managing complex application landscapes, including integrations and enterprise architecture
- Solid knowledge of data management, security, and access control (e.g. IAS/IPS, GDPR considerations)
- Experience working with SAP ecosystems (e.g. S/4HANA, BTP, integrations) and cross-system data flows
- Ability to lead cross-functional, international teams and manage stakeholders in a complex environment
