Job Description

  • As an HR Intern, you will provide administrative and logistical support to the Learning & Organizational Development team, including but not limited to:
    • Onboarding activities (General Onboarding, Functional Onboarding);
    • JVCO Transition, upcoming roadshows, enablement programs;
    • Other L&OD programs as needed
  • Perform other HR ad hoc tasks as needed from time to time
Minimum Qualifications

  • Education Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, e.g., Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or recent graduate.
  • Related Work Experience Previous experience with administrative, reporting, coordinating tasks, and other Human Resources procedures (OJT experience is acceptable).
  • Knowledge Basic understanding of HR, Labor Law, administrative, and office procedures.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Demonstrated reliability and respect for confidentiality
    • Strong research and analytical skills
    • Proficiency in Google Workplace / Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to assist across tasks
    • Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
