Role Overview 

The HR Intern (OJT) will support the HR team in day-to-day HR functions including onboarding, employee engagement, HRIS and administrative processes. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global environment and exposure to key HR operations. 

Onboarding & Employee Experience 

  • Support onboarding processes  
  • Assist in preparing onboarding materials and communications 
  • Help ensure a positive new employee experience 

Employee Engagement & Culture 

  • Assist in organising engagement initiatives (e.g. Global Monthly Celebrations) 
  • Help draft internal communications and announcements 
  • Support culture and wellbeing initiatives 

HRIS Management 

  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and completeness 
  • Provide support in HR analytics (e.g. basic dashboards, trend tracking, data interpretation) 
  • Handle HRIS data in accordance with Data Privacy Act and company policies 

Digital and AI Support

  • Demonstrate responsible and ethical use of AI to support HR processes 
  • Support identification of opportunities where AI or automation can improve HR efficiency 
  • Assist in organising HR data to support reporting and insights   

Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills  
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality awareness 
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Copilot) 
  • Interest in HR technology, automation, and AI-driven processes is an advantage 
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati (with daily intern allowance)
