As a
Human Resource Intern, you will mainly cover the following:
- Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
- Source potential candidates using platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Assist in conducting initial interviews and assessments.
- Help prepare onboarding materials and facilitate new hire orientations.
- Updating records and databases.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing emails, handling phone calls, and preparing HR-related documents.
- Collaborate with different departments to support HR-related needs and projects.
