Role Overview:
The HR Head / HR Manager will take a strategic leadership role in driving end-to-end HR functions with a strong focus on Recruitment and Training within a large-scale Food & Beverage / Restaurant organization. The role is responsible for building strong talent pipelines, strengthening workforce capability, and ensuring effective HR operations across a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across all levels of the organization
- Design, develop, and implement training and development programs aligned with business objectives and operational needs
- Oversee overall HR operations including HR policies, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives
- Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and industry standards
- Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning and talent development initiatives
- Drive employee engagement programs to enhance retention and organizational culture
- Manage HR team performance and ensure effective delivery of HR services
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR leadership with strong focus on Recruitment and Training
- Must have experience in the Food & Beverage / Restaurant industry
- Experience handling organizations with a minimum of 3,000 employees is required
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment
- Willing to work 100% onsite in Manila or Quezon City
