Job Description

Are you a strategic HR professional who views Human Resources through the lens of systems, compliance, and operational excellence We are seeking an HR Governance, Compliance & Process Excellence Lead to serve as the architect and auditor of our HR ecosystem.

You will oversee the governance, quality assurance, and compliance frameworks across the HR departments, and ensure that our processes are seamless, risk-mitigated, data-driven, and aligned with overall organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Total HR Governance & Quality Audit

  • Establish and maintain an overarching HR Governance Framework that standardizes processes across all HR departments.
  • Conduct regular quality audits on HR workflows, data integrity, and departmental outputs to ensure operational excellence.
  • Identify process bottlenecks, redundancies, or gaps across the employee lifecycle and implement optimized, scalable solutions.

2. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Serve as the primary custodian for HR legal and regulatory compliance across all operating regions.
  • Proactively monitor changes in labor laws, data privacy, and employment standards, ensuring all HR policies are updated accordingly.
  • Build and maintain an HR Risk Register, ensuring mitigation plans are in place for payroll, data security, and vendor management.

3. HR Analytics, Reports & Dashboards

  • Dashboard Architecture: Design, build, and maintain centralized HR dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key HR metrics, compliance risks, and operational health.
  • Data Integrity & Management: Establish strict data-cleansing and governance protocols to ensure that all HR data remains accurate, confidential, and auditable.

Key Competencies & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in HR Governance, HR Audit, Operations, or Compliance roles.
  • The Hybrid Skillset: A rare blend of deep technical knowledge in Core HR combined with strong capabilities in Organizational Development (OD).
  • Analytical & Reporting Savvy: Exceptional data literacy with experience compiling complex corporate reports.
  • Systems Thinking: An ability to look at disparate HR departments and see how they connect, ensuring a change in one area positively impacts the whole organization.
