Job Description

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, and any Human Resource related course

Experience: at least 2 years of related work experience

Training: at least 8 hours of relevant training

Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organizational and presentation skills
  • Excellent records management
  • Drafting of memoranda and other business correspondences

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Conducts and implements organization-wide recruitment of agency-hired and/or regular employees in accordance with applicable policies and laws and administers proactive and responsive selection and placement to acquire and provide personnel based on the required competencies and qualifications of the requisitioning unit within the required turn-around time;
  • Supports in processing organization-wide recruitment and promotion of employees in accordance with applicable policies and laws, and in compliance with the Competency-Based standards;
  • Assists in the conduct and facilitation of trainings, seminars, and orientations;
  • Ensures all training records are managed in accordance with records management procedures and practices;
  • Conducts necessary analyses to define SHFC's Learning and Development needs/requirements;
  • Assists in organizational development and performance management activities; and
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
