o  Title: HR Generalist (Remote)

o  Reports to: Head of Global HR

o  Shift schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (+1 hr unpaid lunch break)

Core responsibilities — from day one:

·      Payroll administration

o  Biweekly processing support across two legal entities

o  Data validation, deduction reconciliation, timekeeping review

o  Off-cycle payments, corrections, retro pay

·      HR administration

o  HRIS data integrity, record maintenance, employee file management

o  Systems administration and configuration support

o  Reporting and data pulls on request

·      Compliance administration

o  Filing calendars and deadline tracking across both entities

o  Record retention administration

o  Training completion tracking and follow-up

·      Benefits administration support

o  Enrollment coordination, life-event processing, carrier follow-up Invoice reconciliation

Required qualifications

1.     3+ years HR generalist experience supporting US-based organizations — non-negotiable

2.     US multi-state, multi-entity payroll experience — non-negotiable

3.     Named US payroll platform proficiency — ADP, Paylocity, Paycor, or comparable

4.     HR credential — SHRM-CP, CIPD, PMAP, or equivalent

5.     Written English at professional drafting standard — will be tested

6.     Manufacturing, warehouse, or multi-site hourly workforce exposure — strongly preferred

7.     Demonstrated discretion handling confidential personnel and payroll data

  • Laptop or PC with processor Intel Core i5 (11th Gen or newer) or AMD Ryzen 5 (5000 Series or newer) and storage of at least 8GB RAM + 256 GB SSD
  • Headset with microphone
  • Camera for virtual meetings
  • Open to using time tracking & productivity tool like Time Doctor
  • Full-time work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
