HR Generalist (Recruitment and L&D)

About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Generalist with strong exposure to both
Talent Acquisition (TA) and
Learning & Development (L&D). This role is ideal for someone who can balance recruitment, training initiatives, and administrative HR support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (Talent Acquisition) processes
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify development gaps
- Support and implement Learning & Development (L&D) programs
- Coordinate with external training vendors for company events and development initiatives
- Provide administrative and operational HR support
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and reports
- Act as backup support for various HR functions as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or BSBA Human Resource Management (strict requirement)
- At least 2 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to TA and L&D
- Proven experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and recruitment
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
