HR Generalist (Client Facing) - PH26011

The HR Generalist is responsible for assisting the full employee life cycle of EOR/PEO employees including talent acquisition, onboarding, 201 file management, payroll reporting, benefits administration, performance management, employee relations and engagement, client billing and invoicing, and offboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client HR Support
  2. Serve as the secondary HR contact for EOR/PEO clients, addressing inquiries on HR policies, compliance, and employee relations.
  3. Provide proactive updates and resolve client queries with professionalism.
  4. Ensure service delivery aligns with clients expectations and contractual obligations.

  1. Talent Acquisition
  2. Coordinate with clients to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  3. Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment of EOR/PEO clients, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  4. Facilitate discussions, employment contract preparation, and pre-employment requirements completion.
  5. Work with the HR team to implement new features or modules in the HRIS to streamline HR processes and improve the overall user experience.

  1. Employee Onboarding
  2. Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires including orientation, documentation, and introduction to the team.
  3. Ensure compliance with client-specific onboarding procedures and local labor regulations.
  4. Act as point of contact for newly onboarded employees during their transition period.

  1. HRIS & HR Analytics (201 File Management)
  2. Organize and maintain complete 201 file for all EOR/PEO employees, both digital and physical copies.
  3. Ensure documentation complies with labor laws and internal audit standards.
  4. Conduct periodic reviews to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  5. Ensure that data in HRIS is encoded completely and accurately.

  1. Benefits Administration
  2. Manage enrollment and administrative of government-mandated and company-initiated benefits.
  3. Coordinate with providers for claims, updates, and employee inquiries.
  4. Monitor compliance with benefits-related regulatory requirements.

  1. Employee Life Cycle Management
  2. Oversee employee transition including promotions, transfers, and separations.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records throughout the employment cycle.
  4. Support performance management, employee relations, and contract renewals.

  1. Payroll Reporting
  2. Collect and validate timekeeping data, salary adjustments, and deductions for payroll processing.
  3. Coordinate with payroll team to ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
  4. Prepare payroll reports for internal and client use.

  2. Coordinate with accounting team to generate client invoices based on payroll data and contractual terms.
  3. Assist in reconciling billing discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
  4. Maintain accurate records of billing cycles and financial transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in an international or EOR environment.
  • Strong knowledge of global HR practices and local labor laws.
  • Experience in compensation & benefits administration, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
