The HR Generalist is responsible for assisting the full employee life cycle of EOR/PEO employees including talent acquisition, onboarding, 201 file management, payroll reporting, benefits administration, performance management, employee relations and engagement, client billing and invoicing, and offboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client HR Support
- Serve as the secondary HR contact for EOR/PEO clients, addressing inquiries on HR policies, compliance, and employee relations.
- Provide proactive updates and resolve client queries with professionalism.
- Ensure service delivery aligns with clients expectations and contractual obligations.
- Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate with clients to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment of EOR/PEO clients, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Facilitate discussions, employment contract preparation, and pre-employment requirements completion.
- Work with the HR team to implement new features or modules in the HRIS to streamline HR processes and improve the overall user experience.
- Employee Onboarding
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires including orientation, documentation, and introduction to the team.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific onboarding procedures and local labor regulations.
- Act as point of contact for newly onboarded employees during their transition period.
- HRIS & HR Analytics (201 File Management)
- Organize and maintain complete 201 file for all EOR/PEO employees, both digital and physical copies.
- Ensure documentation complies with labor laws and internal audit standards.
- Conduct periodic reviews to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure that data in HRIS is encoded completely and accurately.
- Benefits Administration
- Manage enrollment and administrative of government-mandated and company-initiated benefits.
- Coordinate with providers for claims, updates, and employee inquiries.
- Monitor compliance with benefits-related regulatory requirements.
- Employee Life Cycle Management
- Oversee employee transition including promotions, transfers, and separations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records throughout the employment cycle.
- Support performance management, employee relations, and contract renewals.
- Payroll Reporting
- Collect and validate timekeeping data, salary adjustments, and deductions for payroll processing.
- Coordinate with payroll team to ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
- Prepare payroll reports for internal and client use.

- Coordinate with accounting team to generate client invoices based on payroll data and contractual terms.
- Assist in reconciling billing discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of billing cycles and financial transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in an international or EOR environment.
- Strong knowledge of global HR practices and local labor laws.
- Experience in compensation & benefits administration, payroll, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
