Human Resources (HR) Generalist – Philippines
This role will work 2 days a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12pm to 11pm
About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our growing operations in the Philippines. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for employees and leadership, helping to drive HR initiatives, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and foster a positive employee experience
.This role requires someone who is adaptable, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment while partnering with both local stakeholders and international teams

What You'll Do
Employee Lifecycle Support
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
- Partner with hiring teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
- Support employee engagement initiatives and help drive a positive workplace culture
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate employee data and documentation in HR systems
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and process
Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
- Support audits and reporting related to HR compliance and governance
- Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures
Employee Relations
- Act as a trusted partner to employees and managers for workplace concerns
- Support investigations and help resolve employee relations matters in a fair and timely manner
- Promote a culture aligned with company values and best practices
HR Programs & Projects
- Partner with global HR and leadership teams on HR initiatives and process improvements
- Support performance management cycles, feedback processes, and training initiatives
- Assist in scaling HR processes as the business grows
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and employment practices
- Experience supporting core HR functions (onboarding, employee relations, payroll, compliance)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across global team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multinational or global organizations
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and reporting tools
- Experience working in a high-growth or startup-like environment
