Key Responsibilities:

Handle core HR functions (employee relations, training, compliance).

Manage recruitment & onboarding processes

Oversee daily HR operations and employee concerns.

Update and implement HR policies & procedures.

Support a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience across multiple HR functions, with a strong background in employee relations and performance management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
