Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Generalist Officer based in Taguig. The HR Generalist Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations, including developing and implementing HR policies, addressing employee relations, and handling recruitment and onboarding processes. The role also involves creating job descriptions, promoting a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management, HR Policies, and general Human Resources practices
• Experience in Employee Relations and handling workplace issues effectively
• Competence in Job Description Development and aligning roles with organizational needs
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with labor laws and best practices in employee management
• Experience in real estate or consultancy services is a plus
