The HR Generalist will handle a range of HR functions, including talent selection, talent management, talent development, compensation, employee advocacy and engagement, coaching and connection, diversity, inclusion and belonging and fostering a positive organizational culture
About the job:
Talent Selection involves creating a hiring process, evaluating candidates, ensuring fair selection, and supporting job offers and onboarding.
Talent Management involves guiding managers and employees through performance reviews, helping leaders give clear feedback, and providing feedback to leaders to improve performance and behavior.
Talent Development involves creating development plans with leaders, identifying and growing high-potential talent, matching people to the right roles, and supporting fair talent decisions.
Compensation involves advising on pay for hires and promotions, supporting job leveling, and managing salary, bonus, and incentive planning to ensure fairness.
Employee Advocacy and Engagement involves ensuring fair treatment of employees, tracking engagement, suggesting improvements, and building trust across the organization.
Coaching and Connection involves coaching leaders, supporting new leader transitions, guiding career growth, and building strong advisory relationships.
Diversity, Inclusion, and Belongingness involves promoting inclusive behavior, supporting the importance of DIB, and coaching leaders to build an inclusive workplace.
Culture involves maintaining a positive workplace culture, monitoring employee morale, and helping leaders improve and drive cultural change.
