Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Hiring
    • Establish a continued flow of sourcing outstanding candidates.
    • Manage Job Openings and Job Posting using various job posting websites.
    • Guide the interview process, conduct initial candidate screenings
  • Purging
    • Maintain accurate and confidential records for aptitude, integrity, skill, and productivity
    • Make weekly purging recommendations, subject to business needs
  • Handling of Employee Engagement
  • Handling of Benefits and Compensation
  • Handling of Employee Relations
Qualifications

  • Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
  • Must have at least (3) years of experience as HR Generalist
  • Excellent in oral and written communication; Interviewing skills; Test report and writing skills
  • Excellent observation and communication skills
  • Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills
  • Experience in conducting wellness training programs and workshops is a plus
  • Experience in implementing corporate mental health programs is a plus
