Job Description

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or any related course
  • At least 2 years of HR experience in timekeeping, recruitment, and government-mandated benefits
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and hiring process
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and with strong coordination and communication skill
  • Can handle confidential information with integrity

Responsibilities

  • Handle employee timekeeping, attendance, overtime, undertime, and leave records
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and coordination of hiring requirements
  • Process onboarding and orientation of new hires
  • Monitor and process government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR)
  • Ensure accurate submission and remittance of statutory contributions and required reports
  • Prepare and submit DOLE reports and other compliance documents
  • Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR databases
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and proper documentation of employee and government records
  • Prepare and process employee insurance enrollment, updates, and claims
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
