Work Setup: Fully Remote

Location: Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines

Summary:

A highly accountable HR Finance, Invoice & Contract Management Analyst responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, contract compliance, and disciplined spend management across HR services, technology, and vendors. This role serves as the operational backbone between HR, Finance, Procurement, and Legal, enabling timely payments, compliant contracts, and clear financial visibility while reducing risk and friction across the lifecycle.

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Accuracy & Timely Payment: Ensure HR invoices are validated against executed contracts, approved POs, and accounting standards, resulting in ontime payments and clean period close.
  • Contract Lifecycle Compliance: Coordinate contract intake, tracking, renewals, and required risk reviews (e.g., TPRM, privacy) to ensure policy compliance and uninterrupted HR services.
  • Financial Controls & Risk Reduction: Enforce spend thresholds, documentation standards, and approval requirements to reduce audit findings, invoice exceptions, and financial exposure.
  • CrossFunctional Execution: Partner with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Contracts to resolve invoice and contract issues quickly, enabling predictable execution and stakeholder confidence.
  • Transparency & Operational Insight: Maintain accurate trackers and reporting for HR contracts, invoices, accruals, and renewals, providing leadership with clear visibility into HR spend and obligations.

  • Serves as a trusted operational partner to HR, Finance, Procurement, and Legal, influencing outcomes through expertise, clarity, and followthrough.
  • Leads crossfunctional issue resolution for invoices and contracts without formal authority, driving alignment and timely decisions.
  • Provides clear, proactive communication on risks, deadlines, and dependencies to senior stakeholders.
  • Exercises sound judgment to escalate issues appropriately and recommend solutions.
  • Demonstrates ownership mindset, accountability, and professionalism in highvisibility, highimpact work.
  • Operates within established HR, Finance, Procurement, and Legal governance frameworks.
  • Executes repeatable, compliancedriven processes with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Supports global HR vendors and contracts with varying spend thresholds and risk requirements.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of HR finance, invoice processing, and contract lifecycle management, including POs, accruals, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify discrepancies, assess risk, and resolve invoice and contract issues.
  • Ability to navigate and apply financial controls, policies, and approval frameworks with precision and consistency.
  • Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration skills, enabling coordination across HR, Finance, Procurement, and Legal.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and judgment when handling confidential financial and contractual information.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience:

  • Must have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, finance, procurement, contract administration, or invoice processing within a corporate environment.
  • Must have Contract Management experience – requirements and review cycles
  • Must be knowledgeable in Employee Lifecycle
  • Must have the ability to work with senior leadership.
  • Someone with Legal background like a contract paralegal or similar with a lens towards a financial mindset
  • Understanding of a contract review cycle and how it impacts POs and invoice management
  • Process efficiency and digitization is a nice to have
  • Experience working with financial controls, invoices, contracts, or vendor management in a regulated or policydriven setting preferred.
  • Prior exposure to crossfunctional collaboration with HR, Finance, Procurement, or Legal teams preferred.
  • Must be amenable to a full night shift schedule from 8pm to 5am
